Who provides the courses? 

Experienced Registered Nurses and childbirth educators with Midwifery / Child & Family Health backgrounds, facilitates all courses. Our facilitators are passionate about childbirth education and provide non-biased, evidenced-based information.

How do I pay? 

Payment Methods:

All payment details will be sent by our admin when your booking form is received. A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required and the balance is due 2 weeks prior to the course if full payment is not received at the time of booking. On receipt of any payments, a receipt will be issued to you.

What do I need to bring?

It is encouraged that women wear comfortable clothing that is suitable for relaxing.

Where are the courses held?

All courses are held in 100 Nipissing Road, Unit 7 Milton, ON L9T 5B2. The room is air-conditioned and comfortable. Bean bags and mats are there for your extra comfort. It is suggested, but not compulsory, that you bring a pillow for your own extra comfort.

Does my partner need to come? Can I attend any of the courses by myself?

Yes, you can attend by yourself. Ideally, it would be beneficial for partners to attend the courses but sometimes partners are unable to attend, therefore women are very welcome to attend by themselves or bring a friend/support person

Can I claim a rebate from my Health Fund?

Many funds offer a rebate for prenatal classes although it will depend on the type of cover you have. It is recommended that you inquire with your health fund directly to check if you will be rebated for attending classes.
